At City Bird, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all items in their original condition.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items.

  Ship the Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please ensure the original tags are attached and the product is unused.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
